Shortmax Keeps Billing My Card Weekly Despite No Visible Subscription

I downloaded the Shortmax app via the Google Play Store and purchased a subscription through Shortmax’s own website. The only guidance on the site for canceling the subscription points me to the Google Play subscription menu, but my subscription does not appear in Google Play at all. Although I have renewed and canceled many subscriptions through Google Play before, my Shortmax subscription is nowhere to be found in the list.

On November 23, I wrote to Shortmax to explain the situation, and I was told I would receive a response within 3 to 7 days, but I have still not received any reply since then. Meanwhile, my subscription continues to remain active and charges continue to be deducted from my card each week—starting around 400+ TL and even up to 875 TL. Even though I deleted my account completely, the subscription was not canceled.

I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and, if possible, that the amounts deducted from my card since November 23—for which I have received no response—be refunded. Right now, my primary request is simply for my subscription to be terminated as soon as possible. If this situation is not resolved, I will be forced—though reluctantly—to close the credit card I have used for years. My user number is UID: 12730128.
