Shortmax Charges Weekly Pass Pro Subscription Twice

I purchased the “Weekly Pass Pro” subscription through the Shortmax app, but the subscription fee was charged to my account twice. I have receipts that clearly show this double charge.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I submitted a request through the app. I was told that I would receive a response within two days, but shortly afterward I received an email stating that no refund would be issued and that only the subscription could be canceled. Despite the fact that the fee was clearly charged twice, no refund was offered, which has caused me financial harm.

I am requesting that at least one of the two charges—preferably both—be refunded to me.
