Shortmax Ignores Emails and Keeps Billing My Card

On November 9, 2025, at 6:55:40 PM, I created a weekly VIP membership on Shortmax. After the first payment, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but I could not find the subscription in any of my Google accounts, so I was unable to cancel it. During this process, a second charge was made on November 16, 2025, at 6:57:00 PM. After that, I sent an email requesting cancellation of my weekly VIP membership, but received no response. I also wrote reviews within the app, but received no reply there either.
Despite all this, a third charge was made on November 23, 2025, at 6:57:13 PM. At this point, I am demanding the urgent cancellation of my membership in this app. I request that my weekly VIP membership be canceled immediately and that the fees charged over the last two weeks be refunded.
