Shortmax Ignores Emails and Keeps Subscription Active

I am unable to cancel my subscription to the Shortmax app. There is no subscription cancellation option within the app, and because my subscription does not appear in the Google Play Store, I cannot manage it there either. There is also no section or guidance on their website for canceling the subscription.
For this reason, I emailed them requesting cancellation, but I have received no response. There is no phone number or live support available, so I have no other way to reach them. Despite all of this, on November 19, 171 TL was charged to my bank account for the subscription, and now that there are no funds in my account, it cannot be charged again.
I request that my Shortmax subscription be canceled immediately and that no charges of any kind be applied to my account going forward.
