Short Max Subscription Still Charging After Cancellation
I accidentally subscribed to a service called Short Max on my Redmi 13 device one time. Even though I canceled the subscription immediately, money continues to be withdrawn from my account regularly without my knowledge or approval.
This issue has been ongoing for more than two months, and within the last month alone, my account has been charged $14 four separate times. Because of this, I am unable to keep money in my Ziraat Bank debit account and have experienced serious financial inconvenience.
When I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service, they told me the issue was outside their authority and that they could not assist. However, I did not authorize these payments, and I had already canceled the subscription, yet the charges continue.
For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my account over the past month and a half, and I demand that these unauthorized charges be stopped immediately.
