Shortmax Unauthorized Card Charges Without My Consent
Recently, over the last two days, Shortmax has taken money from my bank card twice without my consent and without any subscription or purchase from my side. I did not approve any plan, package, or recurring payment, yet two unauthorized deductions have been made, which makes me feel that the app is behaving like a scammer. I demand a full refund of both unauthorized charges to my bank card and a clear explanation of how these payments were taken without my permission. I also want all possible future charges from Shortmax to be blocked immediately so that no further money can be withdrawn from my card without my consent. I have not been able to reach Shortmax through any clear or reliable customer service channel, which increases my concern about the seriousness and trustworthiness of this service. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, my money refunded in full, and my card and any account connected with Shortmax secured against any further unauthorized deductions.
