Shortmax Subscription Cancellation Not Working, Charges Continue

I have been repeatedly charged $19.99 by Shortmax Innovations, and I am unable to cancel the subscription despite trying for weeks. I was charged on March 3, March 11, and March 18, and the payments have been taken both from my bank account and through Apple. I have tried to cancel the subscription several times, including through the available options on my devices, but the subscription has not been canceled, and the charges continue. There has been no effective way provided to stop these payments. I request an immediate cancellation of my Shortmax Innovations subscription and a full refund of all $19.99 charges taken so far. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that no further amounts will be withdrawn from my bank account or via Apple.
