I had a subscription with ShortMax Innovation that I purchased via the Apple platform. This subscription started in February and, according to the information provided at the time of purchase, it was supposed to end on March 8. Despite this, Shortmax Innovation has continued to charge me 9.99 USD per week after March 8 without my consent, even though I had already canceled the subscription. As of today, the total amount charged after March 8 is approximately 37.92 USD, and the most recent charge was made today. I am unable to contact ShortMax Innovation directly because there is no available option to reach them through the app or service, which makes it impossible for me to resolve the issue with them. I request the immediate and final cancellation of this subscription, a written confirmation that no further charges will be made, and for these ongoing unauthorized weekly charges after March 8 to be reviewed and stopped urgently.
