Shortmax Cancellation Problem
I have a weekly Shortmax subscription of 19.99 registered to my email address lissandra***[email protected], with customer ID 157782***. I attempted to cancel this subscription on March 13, using every available method, including the app, the website and through the store platform, but despite this I was still charged that week and then charged again a week later. I consider these charges unfair because I had already tried to cancel the subscription and I no longer need or use the service. I request that Shortmax cancels my subscription immediately and refunds the charges taken after my cancellation attempt on March 13. I expect my subscription to be fully cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account.
