Shortende Charged Me After Cancellation And Unauthorized Renewal Fee

Even though I canceled my annual subscription with Shortende on February 9, 2026, I noticed that my card was charged $6 again on April 12, 2026. Being charged after canceling a subscription is both concerning and unfair.

I did not provide any consent or request any additional subscription after the cancellation, so I do not accept this charge. I demand a full refund of the $6 that was wrongfully deducted from my card. I also request that my subscription and any associated payment authorization be completely terminated to ensure that no further charges are made.

I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed about the outcome.
