I Face Unauthorized ₺1500 Monthly Shopify Subscription Charges and Cancellation Fee
I signed up for a Shopify account months ago and never actually used the platform. Despite inactivity, Shopify has been withdrawing ₺1500 from my account every month. When I finally decided to cancel my subscription, I discovered they require another ₺1500 “cancellation fee” before they’ll close my account. Even after paying that fee, they won’t deactivate the store—and the next month’s ₺1500 charge just piles on.
I’ve submitted multiple support requests and clicked every “Close Store” option in the dashboard, but all I receive are generic error messages telling me to pay again. This “unauthorized charge” and “cancellation blocked by fee” tactic is unacceptable. I never benefited from the service, yet I’m trapped in an endless billing loop.
I demand that Shopify immediately cancel my subscription without charging me any further fees and refund all unauthorized ₺1500 withdrawals. Please resolve this billing nightmare now.
