My Shopify Order Wrongly Canceled and No Refund Issued

I made a purchase through the Forma Bahçesi Shopify website, but shortly after, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. The message also claimed that a refund was issued, even though I never canceled my order myself.

The problem is that no refund ever reached my account, despite their system showing that the refund was supposedly processed. On top of that, I noticed that they unfairly charged me for the shipping cost, even though the order was canceled against my will.

This situation is unacceptable. I never requested a cancellation, I never received my product, and my money—including the shipping cost—has not been returned.

I demand that Forma Bahçesi immediately process my full refund and ensure that this kind of misleading practice does not happen to other customers. If my money is not returned promptly, I will consider pursuing official complaints and legal action.
