I Face Overcharge and No Shipment for Cerora Plaster Set on Shopify

I ordered a Cerora Plaster Set through a Shopify store expecting next-day shipping. The total listed price was ₺982.71, but when I checked my bank statement, Shopify had withdrawn ₺1,015 from my card—an unauthorized overcharge. Since the listing promised “ships next business day,” I placed the order immediately.

When my package didn’t arrive the following day, I emailed the seller at the provided address, but my messages bounced back and I received no replies. I also tried submitting multiple support requests via Shopify’s contact form, only to get automated acknowledgments with no resolution.

This “overcharge” and “no shipment” situation is unacceptable. I demand that the Cerora store on Shopify immediately refund the ₺32.29 overcharge and ship my plaster set with valid tracking, or issue a full refund for the entire order. Please resolve this promptly.
