Retrocam Pink Camera Not Delivered After Purchase on Shopify

On August 30, 2024, I purchased a Retrocam pink camera for ₺679.90 on www.shopify.com with order number 1019. The website stated that the product would be delivered within 13 business days, but as of today, it hasn’t even been shipped.

I have sent multiple messages through the email address and help menu provided on the website but have received no response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable.

I demand that Shopify resolves this issue immediately by either shipping the product or issuing a full refund. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Customers deserve better service and transparency.

VakıfBank, with which I made the payment by credit card, refunded my money upon my request. I thank the VakıfBank officials very much.
