On September 2, I placed an order directly through Manisnap’s official Shopify website. My order (#5635) included a Retrocam and a camera bag, for which I paid 2,899 TL.
It has now been 12 days since I placed my order, and I still have not received my products. The shipping carrier is listed as Yanwen, an international logistics company, but I have not been given any clear information on the whereabouts of my package. Tracking updates are either unavailable or unhelpful.
During this period, I reached out to Manisnap customer service via WhatsApp twice. My first message was ignored, and my second message did not even go through. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially after such a significant purchase.
I expect my order to be shipped and delivered immediately or for Manisnap to provide me with accurate tracking information and a clear delivery date. Additionally, I request that the company respond to customer inquiries promptly instead of leaving buyers without support.
If my issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action to recover my money.
