I Face Missing Delivery and No Refund for Aeon Unisex Bamboo Summer Pants

I ordered the Aeon Unisex Bamboo Summer Pants from Shopify on July 2, 2025, expecting lightweight comfort for the season. Fifteen days later, I’ve received neither the product nor a refund. I immediately messaged the seller and provided screenshots of the site listing and our conversation, but all I got was: “Your item ships from our London depot.” No tracking number, no estimated delivery date—nothing concrete.
While waiting, I checked my payment and confirmed the full amount was charged. Frustrated, I’ve opened multiple support tickets, yet each reply is a vague auto-response promising updates “soon.” This “app crash after order” and “refund refused” pattern is unacceptable.
I demand that Shopify seller Aeon either ship my pants immediately with valid tracking or issue a full refund. Please resolve this missing delivery and refund issue without further delay.
