On September 1, 2025, I placed an order for two dresses from Aylin İstanbul and paid by credit card. My order number is 1476. Despite the payment being successfully processed through Shopify, I have yet to receive my products.
It has now been 14 days, and my order has not been shipped. Worse yet, I have received no communication or updates regarding the status of my purchase. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service, but I have not received any response whatsoever.
This is unacceptable. If the items cannot be delivered, the order should be canceled immediately. I am demanding a full refund of the payment I made and an urgent explanation of why no updates or assistance were provided.
