I Face Long Shipping Delay and No Resolution for Just Store Order on Shopify
I placed an order with the Shopify-based store “Just Store” on June 12, 2025. Over three weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my item. When I contacted the seller, they told me the product was being imported and that, due to new customs regulations, I needed to provide my national ID number. I was assured it was “at Istanbul customs” and would arrive soon—but that was just an excuse.
I received a tracking number, but the shipment still shows it’s stuck in transfer from China to Turkey. I’ve followed up multiple times, only to receive vague and dismissive responses.
This situation is unacceptable. I demand that Just Store either immediately ship the item I paid for or issue a full refund without delay. If the issue is not resolved, I will take legal action. Shopify should hold sellers like this accountable for misleading international buyers.
