Fancy Nooks on Shopify Took My Payment—No Order, No Response

I placed an order from Fancy Nooks on Shopify.com on August 21, but I have received no updates, no shipping confirmation, and no response from the seller. To make matters worse, it looks like they have deactivated their account, making it impossible to contact them.

I have tried reaching out multiple times, but my messages are completely ignored. There is no way to track my order, and now I can’t even get in touch with the company. Shopify, how can sellers on your platform disappear like this after taking customers' money?

I demand a full refund immediately. This experience has made me lose trust in Shopify vendors. Has anyone else had this issue? Avoid this seller at all costs!
