I Face Fraudulent Shopping Experience on Figürce.com and No Support from Shopify

I made a purchase from a Shopify-based store called Figürce.com, and I’ve been completely left in the dark. The order was never fulfilled, and despite repeated attempts, I haven’t been able to reach a single representative. There’s no contact number, no response to emails, and no clear return or support process.
After this experience, I searched online and found many other complaints about Figürce.com. Shockingly, Shopify is still allowing this seller to operate on its platform. Despite clear evidence of repeated customer fraud, the store remains active and people are still unknowingly placing orders.
Shopify is enabling this seller by continuing to host them. This raises a serious question—shouldn’t Shopify be responsible for monitoring who uses its platform? I demand that Shopify immediately investigate Figürce.com, take down their store page, and implement proper screening to prevent more customers from being scammed. I also expect a full refund for the undelivered product.
