FancyNooks on Shopify Took My Payment but Never Delivered My Order

I placed an order through Shopify from FancyNooks, and despite being marked as "shipped," my item never arrived. I have reached out multiple times requesting tracking details, but they have ignored my messages.

They took my money but failed to provide any proof of shipment, not even which carrier was used. According to them, the order was supposedly shipped on August 22, 2024, yet I have received nothing.

This is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund immediately or concrete proof of shipment. If FancyNooks refuses to address this issue, I will escalate the matter further. Do not trust this seller!
