I made the mistake of ordering a sweatshirt from Shiny Force, and despite waiting for two weeks, they keep telling me “we'll send it tomorrow” without ever following through. Every day I try to reach out, but they either ignore my messages or just leave me on read. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism. I have no idea what to do next, but I demand a resolution as soon as possible.
