Shiny Force Won’t Ship My Sweatshirt or Respond to My Messages

I ordered a sweatshirt from Shiny Force on December 24, 2024. My order status shows "prepared," but it has never been shipped. It has been stuck in this status for far too long, and I have no way to reach customer service.

There is no clear contact information, no response from support, and no update on when my order will be sent. This is extremely frustrating—I paid for a product that hasn’t even been shipped! If others have experienced similar issues, how did you resolve them? Shiny Force needs to take responsibility, provide proper customer support, and either ship my order immediately or issue a refund.
