Shell Station Closed Restrooms During Customer Visit

Shell Station Closed Restrooms During Customer Visit
7

Today at around 15:35, I visited the Shell Bulvar station in Kütahya with code 6326, where I use the vehicle identification system. After purchasing fuel, I wanted to use the restroom, but I was told that the toilets were closed and would be opened around 16:00. I clearly observed that no cleaning activity was being carried out inside during this time. When I asked for the reason, I was informed that chemicals had been applied inside and that the drying time required the toilets to remain closed for about 30 minutes. However, I have never encountered such a practice at other Shell stations in the Aegean region, and this is the first time I have faced such a long closure period that causes inconvenience to customers. Although I reported the situation and raised my objection to the person in charge at the station, no solution was offered. Due to this approach, which does not prioritize customer satisfaction and basic needs, I am not considering shopping from this station again. I request that the necessary investigation be carried out regarding this matter so that similar grievances are not experienced, and that I be informed about the outcome.
