Unauthorized Shein Charge on Credit Card, Refund Request

On September 27, 2025, I noticed that a virtual purchase of ₺1,260 was made through Shein using my Akbank card without my knowledge or approval. I do not have an account with Shein and have never made any purchases from this brand before. I have not experienced any issues with the security of my card information, and I have not lost my card.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I immediately contacted Akbank customer service and started the dispute process. However, since Shein is an international company, I had no way to directly reach them.

I request that the unauthorized ₺1,260 charge taken from my card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
