Shein Customer Complaint: Packages Stuck in Customs, No Support Response
I placed four separate dress orders from Shein (Order Nos: PALTR0003241282YQ, PALTR0003241440YQ, PALTR0003241152YQ, PALTR0003241281YQ) and paid a total of $144. My orders have been stuck in customs since November 7th and none of them have been delivered to me. The delivery address is Mezitli, Mersin.
I tried contacting both Shein customer service and the carrier, Pal Express, but I haven’t received a response from either one. This is my first time ordering from Shein, and experiencing such a long delay has caused me significant inconvenience.
I am requesting that my items be delivered to me as soon as possible. If that isn’t possible, I want a full refund of the amount I paid.
