My orders have been stuck in customs since November 7th and none of them have been delivered to me. The delivery address is Mezitli, Mersin.
I tried contacting both Shein customer service and the carrier, Pal Express, but I haven’t received a response from either one. This is my first time ordering from Shein, and experiencing such a long delay has caused me significant inconvenience.
