SHEIN Only Refunded Two of The Three Items I Returned and Won’t Resolve the Issue
Following the steps outlined in their return policy, I sent three separate goods back to Shein not long ago. But just two of the goods were credited to my account when I got my refund. I got in touch with customer care very away, and they advised me to call the shipping firm. Two of the goods were returned, therefore it's safe to say that Shein got the shipment I sent them. I don't see it. With only one return label provided, I don't see how they could possibly expect me to sort the returns. I feel that someone is being dishonest or at least irresponsible with this whole thing. I hate having to fight for a refund after I've already returned the item. When it comes to returns, Shein should exercise more caution.
