Shein Reimbursement Delay and Poor Communication


When I tried to make a 400 TL purchase from Shein, it rejected my card but the money was withdrawn by Shein. I contacted both the bank and Shein, sent the receipt etc., and they brushed me off saying I need to talk to the bank. When I asked them to check again, they didn't even respond.
