SHEIN Account Blocked: Cannot Track Order or Check Delivery Status

My Shein account was blocked two days ago and since then I have not been able to see or track my orders. When I contacted customer service, they only told me to try again, but the problem continues and I still cannot access my account. Because of this situation I cannot follow the status of my order with the number #GSO19049000MP79 and I do not know when it will arrive. I live in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and I was planning according to the delivery of this order. I request that my account access problem be checked and resolved as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed about the current status and estimated delivery date of my order #GSO19049000MP79.
