Reelshort Charged £32.05 for an Unwanted Subscription

I am writing regarding an unwanted Reelshort subscription charge of £32.05 that was taken from my account on 16 October 2026. I use Reelshort on an iPhone and my App Store and bank account are registered in the UK. I appear to have been charged for weekly and monthly subscriptions, which I do not want to continue. I request the immediate cancellation of all my Reelshort subscriptions linked to my account, and I want my account to be fully blocked so that no further payments can be taken in the future. I also request a full refund of the £32.05 charge dated 16 October 2026, as I do not wish to use these paid services. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation that my subscriptions have been cancelled, my account has been blocked from further billing, and my £32.05 has been refunded.
