I Face Shein Payment Scam Asking for ID and Contact Details

Three days ago, I made a total payment of ₺80,000 via EFT under the name of Shein Advertising and Marketing Commission Payment. I have all the necessary documents, including the payment receipt, correspondence, and other related records. During this process, I tried to contact Shein or an official customer service representative, but I couldn’t reach anyone, and no one has responded to me. Additionally, I was asked to provide personal information such as my ID and contact details during the transaction.

Although this may have happened only once, it has caused me a serious financial loss. I request that my damages be compensated as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
