Delayed Order Of My SHEIN Parcel
I placed an order on Shein on March 3 and the expected delivery date shown was March 19. Today is March 20 and I still have not received my parcel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, even though I urgently need it because I am going on vacation tomorrow. I contacted Shein customer service by message yesterday about this delay, but I have not received any response so far. I am very disappointed that the promised delivery date was not respected and that there is no feedback about the status of my parcel. I kindly request that my order be delivered to me today as a matter of urgency, or that Shein provide an immediate alternative solution so that I do not lose the benefit of this purchase due to my travel. I also ask for clear information about where my parcel is and why the delivery has been delayed.
