I placed an order on SHEIN on December 17, and it showed progress until December 23, when it entered Turkey. Since then, there have been no updates, and the package has not been dispatched for delivery. It has been nearly a week with no movement, and I urgently need these items before leaving the city. This delay is highly frustrating, and I am requesting immediate action to locate my package and ensure it is delivered as soon as possible. SHEIN, please provide an update on the status of my shipment and resolve this issue promptly. I need my order urgently, and this lack of communication is unacceptable.
