Share Chat Payment Successful but Service Not Received – Refund Request

On July 2, 2026, I made a payment of 699 Rupees to ShareChat using Navi UPI. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, and I have a transaction confirmation with the reference/transaction ID 618304713215. However, despite the successful payment, I did not receive the corresponding service or benefit in my ShareChat account. I have attached a screenshot clearly showing that the payment of 699 Rupees was successfully processed. Since I have not received the service for which I paid, I kindly request a full refund of 699 Rupees to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation as to why this issue occurred despite the successful transaction and ask to be notified once the refund has been processed.
