BDG Failed to Credit My ₹400 UPI Deposit Despite Successful Payment


On June 2, 2026, at approximately 1:09, I made a UPI payment of ₹400 to my BDG account. The payment was processed from my side, and the amount was successfully debited from my account. However, the transaction is still showing as “deposit failed” on the BDG platform.
Despite the payment being completed and the funds leaving my account, the ₹400 has not been credited to my BDG balance. As a result, my money is currently stuck, and I am unable to use the funds on the platform as intended.
I have already attempted to contact BDG customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or assistance so far. The lack of communication and delay in resolving the matter has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
I kindly request that BDG urgently investigate this transaction associated with reference/ID 22069964 and verify the successful UPI payment. I ask that the ₹400 be credited to my BDG account as soon as possible. If there is any issue preventing the deposit from being processed, I request a clear explanation along with a prompt resolution.
I would appreciate confirmation once the matter has been reviewed and resolved.
