Shake Shack Online Delivery Platforms Unfairly Exclude Multinet Payments
I have been ordering from Shake Shack locations in and around Ataşehir for a long time, but despite having a substantial balance loaded on my Multinet meal card, I am unable to use it when ordering online. Across all online delivery channels—including Yemeksepeti, Trendyol, and Migros Jet—the Multinet payment option is completely missing.
While physical store counters accept Multinet payments, failing to offer this option for online orders is both illogical and a major inconvenience for customers. Because this issue has persisted for over a year, I have been forced to pay $36 out-of-pocket, even though I want to utilize my existing Multinet balance for my Shake Shack orders.
When even the smallest local businesses accept Multinet, it is unacceptable for a global brand like Shake Shack to omit this payment method on digital channels. I demand that the Multinet option be added to the payment methods on all online delivery platforms and that immediate action be taken regarding this matter.
