Seventh Generation Laundry Stain Remover Ineffective & Ruined My Shirt

I recently spilled greasy sauce on one of my favorite white shirts while eating. I was devastated, but a friend recommended Seventh Generation Laundry Stain Remover, assuring me it would solve the problem. The next day, I bought a bottle at Target and applied it to the stain according to the instructions before washing the shirt. However, the stain didn't completely disappear, so I applied it a second time. Unfortunately, the stain remained, and to make matters worse, the area where I applied the stain remover became slightly discolored! I tried to call customer service to complain, but I couldn't get through to a representative. I submitted my complaint through their automated system and received an email saying they would get back to me, but days have passed, and I haven't heard anything. My issue isn't just about the wasted money, but about the misleading advertising that tricks customers. Someone needs to hold them accountable for their ineffective product and poor customer service.
