Grundig Gwm101425 Washing Machine Water Leaks Ruining My Home

My Grundig washing machine is consistently leaking water, causing havoc in my home. Despite multiple service calls, they only temporarily fix the issue by replacing or attaching a hose each time. This is the third flooding incident, and my carpets are soaked, baseboards are swollen, and even the wooden floors underneath are waterlogged. Enough is enough—I'm tired and frustrated with no one taking responsibility for the damages. Do I really need to escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Board? It's absurd that I have to put my life on hold to deal with a machine that's barely a few months old. It's outrageous, considering the hefty price tag we pay for these products. You don't deserve my hard-earned money if you can't stand by your product!
