I've bought a bunch of stuff from Sephora this year, both online and in stores, hoping to get all the perks that come with being a Sephora Black Cardholder. But honestly, their customer service has been pretty disappointing. Even though I've been coming here for a while, my points are still at zero. It makes me feel like you don't really appreciate me as a customer. I've tried to tell them about this problem a few times, but they always give me the same boring answer: "We'll send your concern to the right people and get back to you soon." Sadly, these promises to fix things and keep in touch have been a letdown. I haven't seen anything happen or gotten a real answer yet. I was hoping for better from a brand that brags about having awesome stuff and experiences. your company needs to have a solid customer service system to keep your customers happy and coming back.
