Shein Refund Not Received In Bank Account Despite Confirmation

On June 12, 2025, I returned two items I had purchased through the Shein app after changing my mind. The return was approved, and Shein stated that a refund of $43 had been processed and even provided proof that the transaction was completed on their end.
However, this amount has not been reflected in my Ziraat Bank Bankkart account in any way. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that there is no record of any such refund under my name. In other words, Shein claims the refund was completed, while the bank says no such transaction exists, leaving me stuck in the middle.
When I reached out to Shein customer service again, they insisted that the process was completed on their side and blamed the bank, offering no further solution. As a result, I have neither received my money nor been given a clear explanation.
I request that Shein thoroughly investigate whether the $43 refund actually reached my bank account. If necessary, I ask them to provide all traceable details such as the transaction receipt or ARN code that can be verified by the bank, and to ensure that my refund is deposited into my account as soon as possible.
