Bybit Deposit Not Credited And Funds Missing After Bank Transfer

I made a deposit of $311 from my Halkbank account to my BybitTR account using a FAST transfer. The money has been deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my BybitTR account for the past two days.

I contacted live support multiple times, but each time I am told that the transaction is “under review,” and no concrete solution is provided. Even though I have my bank receipt and full transaction details, I have not received any clear response or resolution.

The transfer was made from a bank account registered in my own name to a BybitTR account also registered in my name. Despite this, the transaction appears to be blocked and not available for use. This situation has seriously damaged my trust and raises concerns about the company’s handling of such issues. If necessary, I will pursue this matter through legal channels, including filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

I demand that the $311 be credited to my BybitTR account immediately and that my issue be resolved. If this is not fixed by Monday, I will personally escalate the matter to the prosecutor’s office.
