Sephora Keeps Canceling My Orders Without Explanation

I have never dealt with a brand as frustrating as Sephora. This is the second time my order has been canceled for no reason, and instead of offering any real solution, their response is simply, "Just reorder it." How is this acceptable?

Sephora sells high-end, expensive products, yet their customer service is completely unhelpful. There is no explanation for why my orders keep getting canceled, and they do nothing to prevent it from happening again. If I wanted to reorder, I would have done it myself—what I need is a real solution, not empty responses.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and reliability from Sephora. If you cannot fulfill orders properly, why take customers’ money in the first place?
