I purchased a 90 ml Mugler Alien perfume from Sephora Turkey's official website, and what I received left me utterly surprised. Upon opening the package, I discovered a severely deformed bottle covered in numerous handprints. Since Alien perfume bottles are known to be refillable, it appears that Sephora decided to capitalize on this by refilling used tester bottles and sending them out to customers. Quite a clever move, isn't it? While Sephora operates globally, it's disheartening to observe repeated instances of counterfeit products and embarrassing incidents specifically in Turkey. One wonders how individuals with such a mentality are granted authorization to represent Sephora. The numerous emails I've sent, complete with visuals, have yielded no response. Frankly, it's not surprising. This is Sephora Turkey for you! This experience has led me to reconsider purchasing perfumes from Sephora online. It's essential to share such incidents to ensure others are aware of potential issues.
