Sephora Sent Me an Incomplete Promotional Set and Refused to Help
Sephora Türkiye sent me an incomplete order, and they clearly don’t care about resolving it. I purchased a promotional set, but most of the items included in the campaign never arrived. When I reached out, I was simply told there was no solution. I wasn’t even offered a refund, replacement, or any form of compensation. The lack of accountability is shocking for a brand of this size. Sephora abroad is nothing like this—Sephora Türkiye should honestly be shut down. They’re playing with our money and treating customers with zero respect. This feels like bullying, and I’m asking for help.
