Sephora Türkiye sent me an incomplete order, and they clearly don’t care about resolving it. I purchased a promotional set, but most of the items included in the campaign never arrived. When I reached out, I was simply told there was no solution. I wasn’t even offered a refund, replacement, or any form of compensation. The lack of accountability is shocking for a brand of this size. Sephora abroad is nothing like this—Sephora Türkiye should honestly be shut down. They’re playing with our money and treating customers with zero respect.
