Sephora Store Dissatisfaction And Indifference
Today, I visited the Sephora store at Zorlu Shopping Mall to purchase perfume. While I was undecided between two scents, I requested a tester. However, the saleswoman informed me that there were no testers available. Instead, she suggested spraying it on my arm directly, and I agreed. When she opened the drawer, I noticed small tester products inside. She apologized for the confusion. I have a complaint regarding Sephora's store policies and its employees. In Europe, customers are provided with generous tester bottles for free, enabling them to experience the fragrance before making a purchase decision. Unfortunately, in our country, it seems that store employees either keep these testers for themselves or provide them only with substantial purchases. They don't offer testers for the specific product you're interested in; instead, you receive a mixed assortment. I'm filing a complaint, urging you to address this issue promptly.
