Sephora Armada Branch Does Not Pay Back!

We went to buy perfume from Sephora on Monday, but we found a cheaper one elsewhere. We wanted to return it to the Armada branch. However, they told us that they don't have cash on hand, which is why they can't provide a refund. Furthermore, they couldn't give us a specific timeframe for when it would be possible. They directed us to other branches in Ankara, but the question is, why should I have to chase after my money? I need immediate assistance, please. Thank you.
