On January 2, 2026, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled due to the items being out of stock. However, when I checked afterward, I saw that the same products were still available for sale on the website.
If I had known this situation would occur, I could have purchased these products from a physical store during the discount period. This cancellation gives the impression that it was made arbitrarily to avoid honoring the discount, and as a customer, I feel wronged.
When I contacted customer service again, they simply repeated the stock-related explanation mentioned in the email and offered no solution. I am requesting the opportunity to purchase these two canceled perfumes again at the same discount rate and to have my inconvenience resolved.
