Sennheiser MTW3 Headphones Replacement Delay

Unfortunately, my Sennheiser MTW3 earbuds stopped working. The repairs were sent on April 5th. They assured us that they would provide us with MTW4 earbuds as replacements. Even though the product is listed as available on the website, I have been waiting for over two months due to delays from Bircom, who claim that the stock is not available. I feel humiliated because my funds are currently inaccessible. I could have purchased 10 earbuds made in China for the same amount and utilized them for an extended period of time. We put our faith in a globally recognized brand, only to be disappointed in the end.
