Armani Exchange Watch Arrived Broken Straight Out of the Box

We purchased an Armani Exchange watch through the Saat & Saat website. As soon as the package was delivered, we opened the box and immediately saw that the watch was broken. Discovering that the product was damaged the very first time we took it out of the box was both disappointing and upsetting. The watch was also purchased as a birthday gift, so because it arrived broken, we were unable to give the gift as planned, which caused us additional inconvenience and disappointment.

We tried to contact the company to report the problem and request a solution, but we were unable to reach either a customer service representative or anyone from the appropriate department. We cannot find a real person to speak with through any available channel, as if there were no customer service department at all. It is extremely frustrating to see such a large company provide so little support after a sale and leave customers without anyone to actually address their concerns.

For the watch that arrived broken straight out of the box, I request only that the purchase be canceled, that the full amount be refunded to us promptly, and that a real customer service representative handle our case throughout the process. Because of this experience, I no longer plan to shop with Saat & Saat again and would not recommend the company to people I know.
