I Face Overpriced Tire Replacement for My Segway Ninebot F2 Pro Kickscooter

About a year and a half ago, I purchased the Segway Ninebot F2 Pro Kickscooter, which was advertised with “puncture-proof” tires. Unfortunately, despite this promise, the rear tire punctured. I contacted Segway’s authorized service center in Mahmutbey Bağcılar (Kültür Teknik Servisi), and the response I received was extremely disappointing. They quoted me 2,500₺ just for the tire, and if they installed it themselves, the price jumped to 3,580₺.
To put this in perspective, just last week I bought a full 17-inch car tire with installation and balancing included for 2,000₺—and here I’m being asked to pay significantly more for a small scooter tire made in China. This level of pricing is unreasonable and feels exploitative.
I originally bought two of the same scooters, trusting the Segway brand, but with this kind of after-sales policy and inflated spare part pricing, it’s impossible not to feel misled and disappointed. I request that Segway revise its pricing policy, offer fair spare part costs, and take customer loyalty into consideration. Otherwise, this approach only leads to losing customers like me.
